LA zoo :-3 9/22 (pic heavy!!)

 hiiiii family :-3, (read that like SpongeBob saying hi Squidward pls 🙏) mother and I went to the LA zoo before going home. I looooove the zoo :-3!! 

 this one was not very good compared to other zoos I've gone to. I think the South Bend zoo was very good, had an okapi, it wasn't very big, but it had a lot of animals (and in big enough enclosures) for the space it was in. I also think the Tacoma zoo and aquarium was good. And it's been a while, but I am always a fan of the Chicago aquarium, idk about their zoos tho. 

 this one was really really big, but the actual zoo was really far back, so you had to walk quite a bit, there also wasn't a lot of exhibits for how big the space was. the map wasn't very good either, and frankly, the whole setup seemed poorly planned, getting to each section, and even seeing the animals in each section was like walking through a maze. I got to take pictures of giraffes tho, and there was a baby :D. I learned that they're as big as my dad when they're born. that's crazy. 

 I didn't get any pictures of the tigers or the snow leopard cus they were sleeping, or of the baby rhino Marshall (he was playing in his pool behind the big rocks, so you could only see him if you stood way off to the side 🤭 so cute...)

the zebras didn't really move much, so only 1 picture was necessary. I always think they're bigger like horses, but they're short and stocky like ponies.

these fat little douchebags lay exactly like my brother

 ok that's pretty much all of the animals I saw (took pictures of ...) at the zoo. it wasn't great, but it was an ok hour and 40 bucks 😺.
