HDLA 😺!! 9/21

 

 Hi family 😺, I was fortunate enough to be able to go out to LA for this months Harajuku Day event that my friends normally attend 😺🩷! I know gal isn't a subset of Harajuku's fashion scene, but it's still a big jfashion event so ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯. 

 I was very nervous :-3.... I don't like getting ready in places that aren't my house, I'm always worried about being late or getting lost (I'm prone to the latter 😔...), and I was scared that my friends weren't actually going to like me in actual life as opposed to online.. I think it was okay tho, both Sarina and Cielo messaged me the day after saying they were so happy to finally meet me in person and they can't wait to see me again :D; I'm glad cus I thought the same :D. 

 I wanted to wear my MA*RS card dress, I've been saving that one for more than a year cus I wanted to debut it for my 21st birthday (-⁠ᄒ⁠ᴥ⁠ᄒ⁠-). I also wanted to do a really dramatic, over the top kinda look since I don't do things like this often. It didn't turn out looking exactly like I'd hoped, but such is life  ┐⁠(⁠ ⁠˘⁠_⁠˘⁠)⁠┌.

 It was a pretty long day (not really, but I'm normally not awake for very long www), I got there at around 12:40 and walked around some; Jacey was running late so I just stood around for a bit to be honest lolol. Sarina and Cielo both arrived before she did, so I was like: 😭😭!!?! cus no one else knew I was coming 😭! I ended up going up to Sarina cus I didn't think I'd be able to avoid her seeing me w, so then we walked around together; and soon after, Cielo and her lovely girlfriend arrived, so then all 4 of us walked around together. omg, family.. she started screaming when she saw me 😹😹 I was so happy at that lol 🫶❤️. Also, sidenote, she knew like, everyone there, which is like, pretty badass methinks. 

 Jacey did show up a bit later, there was a wedding going on on her street and she did a MASSIVE hime mori for the event. So then once again, we all walked around together (lol). 

 I ended up buying a few things while there, but I didn't take any pictures, but I got a nyew dress for 15$. It's really cute :-3.. 

 After making some purchases I got a few pictures of us all together on my digi camera that I think turned out good 😺.

I look waaaayyy bigger than them lololol, I'm like 5'9" with those shoes on, but Jacey is barely scrapping 5'0" even with platforms 😺

 My feet were killing me cus of the big ass shoes I was wearing, so Jacey bought me pompurin slippers :-3 ❤️. I didn't put them on until after all the pictures at the mall were taken tho, since I wanted my coord to look right. 

 There was the group picture taken from up top, and then we took some together at the arch, and then one of their friends, Kaden (I think his name was.... forgive me if I'm wrong 🙏), took individual pictures for us out at the bridge. Everyone was kind enough to let me be bossy and say I wanted to go first so I could change my shoes sooner, bless 🙏❤️. I couldn't really tell how the pictures turned out tbh because it was really bright, so I kinda just have to hope my face looks right 🤓. I'm not very good at taking pictures when I don't have a mirror or something available, cus I'll think I'm making a good face, and then I end up looking near expressionless :-3.... Unfortunately I think that's how I looked for most of the day even though I was having a good time :-3.. I hope they know I had fun (-⁠ᄒ⁠ᴥ⁠ᄒ⁠-).

 It was really nice out too, but it smelled like weed and seafood every so often, so I went back inside (-⁠ᄒ⁠ᴥ⁠ᄒ⁠-)..

 I also got him to take my picture on my camera after everyone else was done (♡) so I have a couple that I can share :-3..

 Pretty soon after that Jacey, Sarina, and I left to go to the purikura booth. Jacey bought a pair of slippers before we actually left the mall, and then on our walk there we stopped at a beauty store so Sarina could get more lash glue. 

 The booth was like a no shit Japanese photobooth lol. It was fucking expensive tho omg, 12$, that's crazy. I only had a 50 and a 20 so I didn't do a single one, but I did draw on both of their single pictures teehee 😺. We took a group one first, and I think it turned out kyute 😺❤️! My only real complaint (besides the price....) is that the slip it prints out is so little 😭!! At least it breaks into thirds, so we each got one, but seriously! it's so little it fits in my card carrier wallet :0! Oh, also that there isn't like, a download QR code or something along those lines; Jacey took pictures of each pic on the screen itself, and I scanned my pictures to try and get a bigger and better quality version.

 Then we went and sat down to decorate our slips 😺! Jacey had a few sticker books with her; I liked the Lisa Frank ones best, plus that one had lots of little stickers that would fit well on the border.

 We had a LOT of people come up and ask us for pictures, it was kinda funny :-3! The last girl before we left that asked us for a picture, I got her to take ours first 😺! I think they turned out good 😸.

 Then we walked back to the mall; it wasn't very far, bless 🙏. Sarina was getting picked up on the 1st floor, and my mom was waiting for me in the parking garage, so Jacey and I went back upstairs. We were talking and then got stopped by this big ass group of like eight 15 year olds asking how to be more gal. Like woah momma! We each gave a short 2 sentence response before they all ran off, like,... ok lol. I left soon after that and got Jollibee for the 2nd night in a row. hell yeah brother! I fucking love Jollibee :-3... ❤️!

 I had a fun time :-3, I hope to be able to go to another event sometime, idk when, but hopefully soon 😺. バイバイ 😺❤️
