Thursday :-3 ๐ฅ
hellllooo family (◡ ฯ ◡)..! I've been going through my gallery; so many pictures. I didn't ever post any of my pictures or videos from the Janet Jackson concert. 4 minute video of Rhythm Nation. totally worth it tbh.
Anyways :-3, big day Thursday, big day! I've been waking up at 2:30 in the afternoon, but I wanted to get up early enough to do my makeup to leave around noon. that's rough. I did it tho.
We left at...11? and went to the galleria first :-3. We were at our mall for 8 hundred years it felt like (my fault (◡ ฯ ◡)...) but I had to take her to all my most favoritest stores :-3. We stopped at Guess first, cus I was telling her about it on Monday and how I think it's similar in its general edginess to DIA, and I wanted to know what she thought of that style of clothes.
While at Guess I tried on only 1 shirt.
I pulled a few different shirts for Jade to try on, one of them being the white colorway of my zip up denim shirt. She ended up liking that one the most since it's so unique, so she bought it :-3! yaaaayy :-3!
I was also showing Jade my routine outfit pics that I take there since the store looks cool, I made her join me for it this time after we payed. She doesn't ever take pictures like this so I was having to instruct her lolol!! It turned out pretty good tho ๐ผ๐ช.
After Guess we went to.. I have no idea which store it is cus there's 3 where their clothes are identical, like, their brands and images are all the same. Hollister? idk.. but we spent like 800 years there. Again we chose a few things for each other, and then I saw a pair of shorts... oh? low rise? and it looks it? I had to try. and then... I saw pants that were real low rise. oh my....
So we tried on each of our original things, Jade found a top she liked and she did end up purchasing it. And now for my 40 hour pants struggle (◡ ฯ ◡). It was at that point I brought her in the fitting room with me cus I was struggling hard, and she ended up fetching me different washes and sizes lolol. At our mall, they had the pants I wanted in the next smallest size, and my size in the petite length.*siiiiiiigh!!!!* well, I bought the shorts at least, plus there's always the one at the Fashion Show.
We made our way to the other end of the mall and went downstairs to the kpop store to see if they'd have any bunnies today, and they did! yippee!! I have 3 of the tokki keychains on my other purse, I never bought the green one cus it doesn't match me... but Jade LOVED that one and got it to put on her purse with her monkeys :-3.
Before we left we went to PINK :-3 duuuuhhhh. We got matching sweatshirts. key lime color. and then we took another mirror pic :p!
It was around 3... so we went and got burger king so that we could eat in the car lolol. We talked about music the whole time; I've made her into a S#arp fan ๐ธ๐!!
After eating we went to the Fashion Show mall on the strip; I thought that one would be better than the Meadows Mall since it's a bit closer, plus it's like a maze :p!
I always park in the same section, and when you come up from that area it's got a Hello Kitty cafe, but more importantly, it's got an Urban Outfitters, and that's one of the stores Jade really likes, so we went there first.
I found 2 things to try on, 1 dress and 1 top, another halter duuhhh! The dress I wasn't so sure of, but Jade insisted.
I really wanted to buy the top, I can't lie, but I literally just bought one exactly like this in a perfect bright orange literally 3 days ago, so I shant but another ๐.
They had a lot of berry colored clothes out, and I thought that would look really nice on her, so I chose a top for her to try on, and while we were walking around we saw a skirt with an orange cream color and that same berry color, when we saw it we turned to each other and went, "YOOOO~!!", so she tried on those pieces together lolol.
They also had a monchichi near the front of the store :0.. I still think about the yellow one I saw when I was in LA, and this one is grape themed.. so cute!! I had to get it!
At this mall, I really wanted to show her Marciano's since it's a Guess offshoot, visit the swimwear store to see if their sale was happening, and find the other Hollister for the chance at those jeans.
I get lost here so easily and I forget where any of the stores are and how they connect, but we did find the Marciano's! She was also enthralled by their swimwear and then shocked by the price (◡ ฯ ◡)! Glad to not be alone ๐ซถ❤️. We went into the actual Guess store here as well, and they had a more fun selection than last time, more bright colors. We each tried on a dress here, but alas, the price ๐.
While we were still downstairs we went to the Sephora since we'd been taking about makeup and undertones throughout the day. I said they could recommend her foundations and that could help more specifically determine her undertone and like, best colors as a result of undertone. The consultant tried a couple foundations, and she found one she liked, but omg she looked like a vampire lolol!!! I was putting blush and the YSL lip glaze on her before we left like, "do you still feel crazy.." LOLOL!!
Then we hunted down the Hollister :-3. jeans for me! jeans for me! I was so incredibly fortunate family! They had the jeans I looked at before in the correct size and length! yippee!
And finally before leaving, we made our way around to where the swimwear store was, and they WERE having their 50% off sale!! fuck yes!!!!! We both got nyew bikinis for half price ๐๐!
All in all, an EXCELLENT shopping trip!
The Fashion Show is on Spring Mountain and you know what else is on Spring Mountain.... Shanghai Plaza. photobooth!!!
I was telling her about the Japanese ones and how you can write on your pictures for them. Ours sucks a little for that reason, but as you all know, I have many beautiful markers, so we decorated ours on Friday :-3.
But before the day ended, we went and got dumplings again ๐ธ!! I thought it was kinda funny, while we were eating Jade said to me, "You have a lot of stamina to do so much in one day, this is probably the longest I've ever been out in one sitting", I didn't know what to say! Most people have told me essentially the opposite! Very interesting (◡ ฯ ◡)..! All in all, I had a very fun week hanging out with Jade :-3, I'll have to think of more fun things to do next time she's out here visiting ๐ธ! See you next time family, ใใคใใค:-3!
